Description : A Phonics Workshop was successfully organized at Pragyan Public School, Jewar, GB Nagar, conducted by the resource person Ms. Vibha Gupta. The session was highly informative and focused on the fundamental concepts of phonics, including phonemes, graphemes, spelling patterns, and long and short vowel sounds. The resource person explained each concept in a clear and engaging manner, making the session easy to understand and practical to implement in classrooms. The programme was graced by our respected Principal Dr. Deepti Sharma and esteemed Manager Dr. Harish Sharma, who addressed the gathering. In their insightful speeches, they emphasized the importance of strong phonetic skills in early language development and encouraged teachers to effectively incorporate these methods into their teaching practices. The workshop proved to be highly enriching, equipping teachers with valuable strategies to enhance students’ reading, pronunciation, and communication skills.
