Description : Pragyan Public School, Jewar, in collaboration with The Bharat Scouts and Guides Federation, Gautam Buddh Nagar, organized a grand three-day Scout and Guide Camp on 28th, 29th, and 30th October 2025. The main objective of this camp was to instill in students the values of discipline, leadership, service, and nation-building. Under the able guidance of the school’s Head of Physical Education Department, Mr. Gajendra Singh Yadav, around 400 students from Classes 3 to 12 participated enthusiastically in the camp. During the sessions, the students were familiarized with the principles and rules of scouting and their practical relevance in daily life. On 28th October, the Introduction Camp was held, during which students learned about the history of Scouting and Guiding, Scout prayer, claps, flag song, and laws. Mr. Vikas Kumar (District Training Superintendent – Scout), Ms. Kavita Gautam (District Training Advisor – Guide), Mr. Kuldeep Kumar (District Training Advisor), and Mr. Nitin Kumar (Service Rover) provided inspiring guidance to the students, emphasizing the importance of discipline, social service, and the values of scouting.The school’s Manager, Dr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Deepti Sharma, and Treasurer, Mr. Amol Kumar Sharma observed the camp activities and motivated the participants. They stated that scouting inspires students to become self-reliant, disciplined, and responsible citizens of the nation.The school management extended heartfelt gratitude to The Bharat Scouts and Guides Federation, Gautam Buddh Nagar.
