Description : the ATL Lab at Pragyan Public School, Jewar, became a hub of inspiration and professional development as teachers from Classes Nursery to 5th of PPS and PIS participated in an insightful session on Classroom Management. The session was led by the dynamic and knowledgeable Mr. Dheeraj Singh, HOD of the Social Studies department at Pragyan Public School, Jewar, who guided the educators through a well-curated presentation focused on creating engaging, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environments. Participants explored practical strategies for: * Sustaining student attention * Managing classroom transitions smoothly * Promoting constructive and positive behaviour A creatively designed interactive assessment concluded the workshop, encouraging teachers to reflect on their learning, share their insights, and celebrate new ideas.
