Description : Today, a transformative workshop on "Personal Hygiene During Menstruation" was held for girls of Grades 5 to 8 at our school. The resource person, Ms. Neetu Kumari, enlightened the students on various aspects of menstruation, addressing common myths and offering practical advice on maintaining hygiene during this crucial phase. The session encouraged open discussions on the physical and emotional challenges of menstruation, fostering a healthy understanding. The school principal, Dr. Deepti Sharma, and the Accreditation Coordinator, Ms. Sonia Kochhar, also engaged with the students, adding valuable insights to the conversation.
