Description : Jewar- 22 May 2024 Inter-Class and Inter-House competitions of English subject from class 1st to class 12th were organized in Pragyan Public School Jewar on 20th and 21st May 2024. Various competitions from class 1st to class 12th were organized on 20th May 2024 based on the theme 'Saga of Indian Writers'. The objective of these competitions was to provide knowledge to the students in English subject outside the classroom. Under the guidance of English subject department head Mrs. Boski Singh,students of all the houses of the school participated in this competition with enthusiasm. The students presented the interviews of Indian English writers Rabindranath Tagore, Chetan Bhagat, Kamala Das, Ashok Mitran, Sudha Murthy, Vikram Seth, Mulkraj Anand, Giev Patel, Amitabh Ghosh, Shashi Deshpande, Ruskin Bond, Khushwant Singh etc. with excellence. In this competition, Vivekananda House secured first place in the platinum category, R.K. House secured second place, Gandhi House secured first place and Vivekananda House secured second place in the gold category.
