Description : Pragyan Public School recently organized a Yoga activity as part of its holistic approach to student well-being and physical fitness. The primary objective of this was to promote physical and mental well-being among students. Yoga, with its emphasis on flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, was chosen to enhance students' overall health and provide them with valuable stress-management tools.The event took place in the school hall area, where PTI Ms Meenakshi Chaudhary under the guidance of *Mr Gajender*HOD Physical Education guided students through a series of asanas (poses) and breathing exercises. The session included a warm-up, followed by a series of yoga postures suitable for various age groups. Students from various grades actively participated in the Yoga activity. At last, Respected Manager Sir Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma and Principal Ma'am Ms.Deepti Sharma motivated all the students for regularly doing yoga for their Physical Fitness, Stress Reduction, Improving Concentration,and Team Building.
