Description : 30th December, 2023 Pragyan Public School, Jewar celebrated Sanskriti Utsav with great enthusiasm.The theme was “Our Culture-Our Identity”.The objective of this program was to enrich the cultural heritage of Uttar Pradesh and make folk art ubiquitous.The program consisted mainly cultural genres like classical, sub-classical, folk, theater and folk music.In this event, folk music prevalent in rural areas was given great importance and the artists at all levels were honored and rewarded.Pragyan's Honorable Manager Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma and the Principal Ms.Deepti Sharma welcomed Chief Guests Mr.Ramakrishna Naib Tehsildaar Jewar and Mohd.Rashid Basic Education Officer Jewar by presenting them saplings and cards.They all paid their gratitude to Goddess Saraswati with a prayer song.The students of Pragyan welcomed all dignitaries with a beautiful welcome song.Different students of different schools participated in this event.The participants were from UPS Sabota Mustafabad,The Divine Mother International School and many other schools of Uttar Pradesh.The students of Pragyan also participated in this cultural program and showcased their skills. The Sanskriti Utsav not only celebrated cultural diversity but also promoted cross-cultural understanding and appreciation among students, teachers, and attendees. It served as a platform to preserve and propagate the rich heritage of India, fostering a sense of pride and unity among the school community.Manager Sir Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma and the Principal Ms.Deepti Sharma congratulated all participants for this successful event.The event's success highlighted the importance of embracing and celebrating our cultural roots, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all who participated.
