Description : Jewar- 1st November 2023/ Students of Pragyan Public School, Jewar brought glory to the school by winning four medals in CBSE North Zone-I Judo Competition. Under the direction of Judo Coach MS.Meenakshi, the judo team of the school participated in this competition organized at St. Xavier's World School, Sardhana, Meerut from 26th October to 30th October 2023. The students of the school displayed their sports talent and won four medals. Suryansh Sharma of the school won gold medal Under 11 (40 kg weight category), Ishwar won bronze medal Under 14 (50 kg weight category), Yash Sharma won bronze medal Under 14 (50 kg weight category) and Suhail won bronze medal Under 19 (60 kg weight category). Apart from this, the school's Handball team (Boys and Girls) and Kabaddi team (Boys and Girls) also performed well in CBSE North Zone-I Competition. School Manager Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma, Head of Physical Education Department Mr. Gajendra Singh Yadav and his team congratulated the students for winning medals and excellent performance in various competitions of CBSE North Zone-I. They also wished them good luck for their future endeavors.
