Description : Say no to terrorism, it *destroys life! Protect life, destroy terrorism!* Pragyan public school conducted an inter house debate on the theme of International Terrorism titled as Inter house United Nation Assembly Competition on 16th October 2023. All the house eagerly participated in this competition and expressed their views on TERRORISM. They illustrated its reasons that it opens the racial , ethnic, economic, and religious cracks that exist in our society. The participants also spoke about many countries like *India,United Kingdom,China, Canada USA North Korean Pakistan Argentina, Russia, Brazil,Japan, Canada ,USA ,North Korea and Pakistan facing the same issue. The aim of organizing this debate competition was to aware all the participants about Terrorism, hone the public speaking skills of the students and teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions on the topic given to them. The session was the kaleidoscope of opinions, thoughts and perspective that enhanced the knowledge and understanding about terrorism and terrorists. Mr Dhiraj,Mr Suresh and Mr PK Sharma were the honorable judges of this competition. Our Judges patiently listened to the whole going on debate and finally they finalised the Winners as- Nehru House got first position RK House got second position Gandhi house got third position School Manager Mr Harish Sharma and Principal Ms. Deepti Sharma appreciated all the House students for demonstrating their talent. They guided & suggested them to save themselves and their country from this big Problem. They also told that such competitions are not only important for a student’s academic growth but also plays a significant role in their personal development. It helps them to boost their confidence and provides an opportunity to express their opinions and ideas in a structured and organized manner.
