Description : 11th October, 23,A workshop on Stress Management, Soft Skills and Career Orientation was organized in Pragyan Public School Jewar on 10th October, 23 .The resource persons were Mr.Saibal Chatterjee,Ms. Minakshi and Ms. Kavita. This workshop was for all streams of class 12th.The objective of the workshop was to develop the power of introspection in students which in turn helps them to identify their potential and drawbacks.The honorable Manager Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma welcomed all the eminent guests by presenting them saplings.The event was initiated with lamp lightning and a prayer to Goddess Saraswati.The resource persons gave them advice on Career Counselling also.They described about many job oriented courses of humanities,commerce and science which the students can do after 12th.The guests emphasized on the healthy lifestyle to follow,manage time effectively, stay organized, take responsibility for mistake etc to reduce the stress.The students took interest and asked questions. The workshop was effective and motivating.
