Description : PPS JEWAR, 29th August 2023.‘Raksha Bandhan-A beautiful bond of love,trust, and responsibility forever.’ Raksha Bandhan is a special occasion to celebrate the eternal and auspicious bond between brother and sister and the affection of the siblings in the family. The enthusiastic students of Pragyan Public School Jewar celebrated this festival with great zeal and fervor today on 29th August 2023 . The main objective behind celebrating ‘Raksha Bandhan’ was to make the children aware of the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.The girls tied the holy threads on the wrists of their brothers and the brothers took a vow of safety and respect.Sweets and gifts were distributed on this occasion. School Manager Mr Harish Kumar Sharma and the Principal Mrs Deepti Sharma extended their greetings on this holy festival.They also declared an extra day holiday for all the teachers and students.
