Description : Students of Pragyan Public School, Jewar donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in ‘Cooking Without Fire’ Inter House competition held today. Students of the six houses participated with full zeal and enthusiasm as they doled out nutritious yet delectable delicacies . The students prepared delicious recipes like Pan Mithai , Curd Poha , Mojito drinks, Chocolate Shakes and many delicious dishes without the use of fire. Artefacts and food items displayed were a visual treat and were presented in an artistic and aesthetic style. Dishes were judged on nutrition and taste by esteemed judges Mr Krishna Singh, Auditor of Atal Innovation Mission (Niti Ayog), Mr Tejpal Bhati, Principal of Sarv Hitkari Inter-College, Dayanatpur and Mr Akash, Director of Energy Innovation. They interacted with the budding chefs to find out the ingredients of the recipes, nutritional value and the historical significance of the dishes prepared by them. Judges were overawed by the efforts of the participants. The event not only provided a platform for the students to foster their creativity and decision making skills but also helped them explore their hidden talents and discover new areas of interest. Respected Manager Sir, Mr Harish Kumar Sharma and Principal ma'am, Ms Deepti Sharma appreciated students for their incredible work and wished them for their future endeavors.
