Language shapes the way we think and determines what we can think about. It is the most powerful means of communication and an integral part of being human. Pragyan Public School has always tried to arouse creativity among its young learners through various scholastic and co-scholastic activities. It always takes the initiative to provide a platform to students so that they can exhibit their creative talents in various fields. In this regard on 28th April, 2023, the School organised an English Exhibition as a part of the Experiential learning methodology propagated by NEP-2020.The eminent guests Mr.Dhanesh Chand Gupta,Maths Lecturer Janta Inter College,Mr.Tej Singh,English Lecturer Jain Inter College and Mr.Laxman Singh Negi English Lecturer, Thora Inter College Jewar were welcomed by Honourable Manager Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma and Principal Ms.Deepti Sharma.They initiated the event by lamplightening and Saraswati Vandana infront of Maa Saraswati.The guests were honoured by giving them saplings and greeting cards.In English exhibition, the students from classes 3rd to 12th showed their interest in English literature by portraying their own concoction like fiction, poetry, article, story ,etc. All the matters presented by them were really praiseworthy.There were puzzles, word power, pronunciation, easy learning, how to speak in English phonetic, grammar topics, drama and many more displayed to mesmerize the audience. The way it was demonstrated by the students was wonderful. The students quite innovatively made use of the space by displaying posters, charts, models and quotes.Respected Manager Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma and Principal Ms.Deepti Sharma took a glimpse of all Exhibition stalls and asked various questions. The students confidently gave answers to them.Another attraction of this Exhibition was William Shakespeare's Dramas.The students of different houses of Pragyan performed Dramas of Shakespeare like Hamlet,Julius Caesar,Orthello,The Merchant of Venice,King Lear.The objective of this is to enhance the power of eloquence in English.They portrayed it superbly.The judges were Mr.P.K.Sharma Competition Coordinator,Mr.Suresh Chhonker PGT Geography and Mr.Lucky ATL Incharge.Overall the English Exhibition was Inventive and prolific.
