Description : Pragyan Public School, Jewar 6th March 2023,Hanuman Stuti and Yoga uchch sanskar shiksha program was celebrated in school premises during assembly.The program was started with lighting the lamp by Ms.Deepti Sharma, Principal of the school with all wing incharges , coordinators and subject experts on the stage .Then Hanuman Chalisa and Hanuman Stuti were sung by everyone presented in the premises with full devotion.This made the students hypothesize that higher levels of religious observance and engagement produce greater educational attainment. An inauguration speech was given by Physical HOD Mr.Gajendra who emphasized the importance of yoga as well as benefits of exercises in daily life and that it should be a part of one's day -to-day life. There was a special yoga presentation by special guest Mr.H.S Khan yogacharya .He performed several yoga postures like Vrikshasana,Uttanasana Tadasana,Ardhchakara and finally ended with Pranayama.Later all students performed enthusiastically and energetically all these asanas. At the end of the program the Principal of the school gave a spiritual speech related to power of Hanuman ji .She beautifully connected the meaning of Hanuman Stuti with the relation of students and teachers as how teachers enlighten and awaken the hidden power of the students .She also depicted the ongoing pious Ramadan month and its real meaning.This Assembly session was very informative for students.
