Description : Jewar- 15 February-2023- Pragyan Public School Jewar's students Avnish Talan and Supriya Attri have brought laurels to the school and the region by winning silver medal in Under-16 category of Discus Throw competition in Senior National Athletics Championship. In this Championship which was held at Patliputra Stadium, Patna, Bihar on 12 February-2023, the students of the school participated under the direction of coach Ms. Meenakshi Singh.Supriya Attri did her best by throwing 32.77m and Avnish Talan by throwing 45.56m and won Silver Medals. Both Supriya Attri and Avnish Talan have also been selected for the Sports Authority of India. The Manager Pragyan Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma, Head of Department of Physical Education Mr. Gajendra Singh Yadav and his team expressed their happiness on winning silver medal in Senior National Athletics Championship and congratulated them for their good performance .
