Description : A workshop was conducted in Pragyan Public School Jewar on 16th September, 2022.This workshop was conducted by Pragyan alumni Akash Singh and Aditya Bose.Akash Singh is the CEO of Energinee Innovations. His startup 'Energinee Innovations' is into making statues,figurines,show-pieces,vases and a host of other artefacts from wastes particularly temple ashes.He was honored and received "Change Maker Award" from our finance minister Ms.Nirmala Sitaraman.Aditya Bose is also an emerging entrepreneur. They were welcomed and gifted a sapling as token of love by our Principal Ms.Deepti Sharma .They shared their experiences with the students.They told them about pillars of SDG i.e.social,environmental and economical development.They told that the role of entrepreneurs in attaining Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is paramount.Entrepreneurs with strong awareness and commitment to sustainable development help to attain almost all SDGs, as they create businesses that will help employment, eliminate poverty, provide decent work and economic growth, help to reduce hunger, assist in attaining good health and wellbeing, help to achieve affordable and clean energy, and enhance their industries. Realizing the importance of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship,the students took part in question answer session. They listened very patiently and were very enthusiastic. Our Principal Ms. Deepti Sharma motivated and encouraged the students. The workshop was really very interactive and motivating.
