Genius hits a target no one else can see.” Proving the above said quote true, the talented students of Pragyan Public School,Jewar not only won the hearts of their well wishers but also won the medals,certificates,cash prizes and accolades in a very grand “Pratibha Samman SammanSamaroh” ceremony specially organized to felicitate the toppers of classes X and XII of the CBSE Board exams and qualifiers of IIT-JEE and NEET exams.Their parents and teachers were also honored on this occasion. B.S.A. Gautam Buddh Nagar Mrs. Aishwarya Lakshmi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, assisted by the School Manager Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma, Principal, Mrs. Deepti Sharma, invited parents and the coordinators of the Felicitation Committee. This was followed by Saraswati Vandana by the students. The School Choir sang a welcome song when the School Manager and the Principal welcomed the Chief Guest and other dignitaries presenting saplings as a token of love and respect. School Manager Mr.Harish Kumar Sharma presented a welcome note to mark the respect to the chief Guest and all the eminent guests present on this occasion. He also shared his heartfelt happiness with the parents of the students. He appreciated the voluminous efforts of parents and teachers. The chief guest Mrs. Aishwarya Lakshmi along with the school manager and the principal gave away medals,certificates and prizes to X class toppers of the school in CBSE exams. Their parents were also honored on this occasion. This was followed by a very nice dance performance by the vibrant students on the song “Kanha Re……”. After the dance, The toppers of XII class with their parents were felicitated with medals, certificates and cash prizes.This was followed by a very melodious motivational song by the students. The qualifiers of IIT-JEE and NEET were also given special cash prizes. A thematic dance based on the value of hard work and success was also presented by the students. The teachers who prepare their students with their valuable teachings and guidance were also felicitated by the school management. The Chief Guest Mrs. Aishwarya Lakshmi enlightened the students, teachers and all about the essential tools that each student should carry as they continued with their onward journey in life; these tools being individual uniqueness, faith in life, acknowledgment of the gift of creativity, making positive choices consciously and gratitude built on optimism and inspiration. She also inaugurated the SKILL HUB INITIATIVE under PMKVY(Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by School Principal Mrs. Deepti Sharma, after which refreshments were served to all the eminent guests.
